Actually, I have no plan to take down notes whatever our adviser in SEAGMA was talking about,
                              but when she was discussing it, it gave me encouragement to bring out my notes and listen to her!

E-ndorse

Our topic was about INITIATIVE!

what is Initiative- technically speaking it is the power or ability to begin or to follow through energetically with a plan or task; enterprise and determination.

a part of commitment, there is also a word that starts with "c" that connects to the word "initiative"
one of our member of the family said "courage" the other said "consciousness" yeah it does; you need courage and consciousness to do such things but rather "CREATIVITY" why? because you must that good quality of creativity so that you can have that courage to do something...........

some are scared because they have lack of Creativity!

but how can you get your creativity;

well then it is your EXCITEMENT to do things!

well excitement in a sense that you give respect for yourself; others; and authority.

always be humble whoever you meet!

There are levels of INITIATIVE!
FIRST,  Initiative to check yourself
         Who you really are! what can you give! How high is your excitement! How intense your Creativity? This might answer the question, are you that kind of initiative?

Second, Initiative to check others
        Check others whatever they do something wrong!

Third, Initiative to take credits
                            appreciate your family! appreciate whatever they do cause they will awe you too..... if someone or something defeated you..................."Enjoy your DEFEAT! because you learn!

Fourth, Initiative to ask questions!
       don't let your curiosity devour you but rather eat your curiosity!


ALWAYS BE A PRO-ACTIVE!
